1937 Ford Roadster
Infinite Curves
Sue Risner's 1937 Ford Roadster received a full two-tone transformation — Kangus Mauve rose metallic paired with Wimbledon White carrying a gold pearl tri-stage finish, hand pin-striped in orange with silver leaf. The body was block sanded, primed & painted, laid under five coats of Euro clear, and wet sanded from 600 to 3000 grit to a mirror show finish. Completed in 430 hours and entered a car show three days after delivery.
“Two shops told me my '56 was too far gone. BCAutowerx took it from surface rust to a mirror-finish show car. The finish held up under show lighting like I didn't think was possible.”

Single-stage, base/clear, metallic, pearl, candy, two-tone, and custom-mix colors. PPG and Kefakolor systems. Every build gets 5 coats of high-solid Euro clear.
Cut, Buff & Detail
Wet sanding 600 to 4000, compound cutting, and machine polishing to a deep mirror finish. Built to hold up under show lighting.
Communication Cadence
Weekly updates with photos. Decision gates at every milestone. You always know where your build stands.
The Process
Bare Metal to Mirror Finish.
Most builds run 12–18 weeks. Every stage has a decision gate — no surprises, no shortcuts.
Assessment
Full vehicle inspection. We assess metal condition, rust, existing body work, and alignment. Define scope, timeline, and budget.
Metal Work
Rust repair, panel replacement, custom fabrication, and gap alignment. Every surface is metal-finished before bodywork begins.
Surface Prep
Epoxy primer applied first — the foundation everything else bonds to. Bodywork is completed over the epoxy. High-build polyester primer follows to lock in the shape and surface before block sanding.
Paint
Sealer, base coat, and 5 coats of high-solid Euro clear applied to every build. PPG and Kefakolor paint systems. Test panels sprayed for your color approval before we touch the car.
Cut & Buff
600 to 4000 grit on dark and black builds. Compound cutting and machine polishing to a deep, show-quality mirror finish.
Assembly & Delivery
Chrome, trim, glass, and hardware re-installed with precision. Final detail and white-glove delivery.
